Inspired by the idea that even the smallest acts of kindness, courage and connection can have a lasting impact, this piece celebrates the power each person has to brighten a day, strengthen a heart, or change the world in quiet but meaningful ways.
The music is warm, flowing and full of forward motion, with a lyrical vocal style supported by a rippling piano accompaniment. Shifting metres and rhythmic interplay create energy and momentum, while the optional violin part adds colour, warmth and a sense of expansiveness.
