With more than twenty years of experience in music education and musical direction, Odette Baxter is passionate about creativity, musicianship and excellence. She enjoys inspiring musicians of all ages through engaging rehearsals, collaborative music-making and meaningful performance experiences.

Odette holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano, a Bachelor of Education, a Certificate of Piano Accompaniment and the Australian Kodály Certificate in Primary Music Education. She is currently completing a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University, and undertaking the International Forge Conducting Course under the mentorship of Tori Longdon.

Committed to lifelong learning, Odette continues to refine her practice through ongoing study, professional development and creative exploration. Her work is shaped by her experience as an educator, pianist, conductor and musical director, with a focus on engaging storytelling, expressive performance and meaningful connection.
